Rate Changes & Payment
Reservations are not guaranteed until payment is received. Please confirm with our reservations officer for availability.
Occupancy & Child Policy

The maximum number of guests (adults and children combined) is stated per room type.

No extra guests beyond this limit are allowed unless pre-approved by management.

If more guests arrive than approved, Ralph’s Place reserves the right to refuse or cancel the booking.

Children 7 years and below (no extra bed): Free of charge, breakfast not included

Children 8 years and above: Charged as an extra person at ₱1,200/night, breakfast included
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% charge of the total booking value.
-
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking value (non-refundable).
Hotel Policies & House Rules
Front Desk & Security

Front Desk: Open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Security guard on duty: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Guest Conduct & Hotel Rights
Ralph’s Place reserves the right to refuse guests who:

Fail or refuse to pay for accommodations

Are under the influence of intoxicating substances

Act in a disorderly or unsafe manner
-
Bring weapons or use the hotel for unlawful purposes

Attempt to exceed the allowed room occupancy
-
Refuse to follow hotel rules or reasonable standards
-
The hotel is not liable for injuries due to intoxication or loss of self-control
Safety & Liability

A safety box is provided for valuables

Ralph’s Place is not responsible for any loss or theft

If a guest shortens or cancels their booking, the cancellation policy of the online travel agency (if applicable) will apply
Dipping Pool Use

Open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Use is strictly for registered Ralph’s Place guests only
Noise & Visitors

No loud noise or music in rooms or lounge after 10:00 PM

Visitors must register at the front desk

Allowed only until 10:00 PM

Visitors staying past this time or exceeding room occupancy will be charged ₱1,000 per person, per night
Smoking & Food Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms
A fine of ₱2,000 will be charged to violators

Durian is not allowed inside the rooms
A fine of ₱2,000 applies
Henna, Makeup & Staining Products
Guests will be charged for stains caused by henna, makeup, or similar products on linens or furnishings:
